Effective February 5, 2026, the City of Seattle Voluntary Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust will transition to Empower. A blackout period is needed to transfer your account information and is expected to end the week of February 8, 2026. The website is currently in transition and you will be able to log in and access your account with Empower after the blackout ends.
